I am a diehard AutoXpress customer. The best value add is the inspection. I leave there knowing what my car needs to be worked on. Eva at the Lavington branch was so fantastic. I ended up having to leave my car but she kept me updated, called me to indicate what work needed to be done and was very accommodating when I asked her to ask the team to ensure repairs I had done prior to service were actually done. Gold star for Eva.
